In case of cancellation up to 3 days prior to the half day cruise, a 100% refund of the total cost is applied.
In case of cancellation up to 2 days prior to the half day cruise, a 50% refund of the total cost is applied.
In case of cancellation 1 day prior to the half day cruise, no refund is applied.
In case of cancellation up to 1 week prior to the full day cruise then a 100% refund of the total cost is applied. For any cancellation 3 days prior to the full day charter then a 50% refund is applied.
In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the full day charter, a 50% refund is applied.
In case of cancellation 3 days prior the full day charter, no refund is applied.
In case of bad weather conditions, our Company reserves the right to change the cruise schedule or cancel the cruise in order to protect the security of our guests.
In case of cancellation, the client can reschedule the cruise during the next days, depending on the availability, or ask for a full refund.
